The Glyco Harmony refund window
Glyco Harmony is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. The manufacturer asks that the product be used for at least 30 days before a refund is requested, because the typical reported wait for any noticeable change is three to four weeks.
How to claim a Glyco Harmony refund

- Return postage is the buyer’s cost. We do not issue prepaid labels.
- Original shipping charges, where they were paid (the 2-bottle pack), are not refunded.

Refunds are often processed one to two weeks after the returned bottles are received. Your bank or card issuer may then take a further few working days to show the credit.
The Glyco Harmony digital bonuses

- Claims made after day 60 from the purchase date.

- Parcels that cannot be shown to have arrived. This is the most common reason a refund stalls — a tracked service prevents it.
Damaged or incorrect Glyco Harmony orders
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or with a broken dropper seal, photograph it before cleaning up and contact the order desk. That is handled as a replacement or refund outside the guarantee process and does not require you to have used the product.
