Handling is one to two business days, then about three to six for the lower 48. The tracking number is in the order email. If tracking has not moved for more than a day past that window, call +1 (925) 231-0148.
How do I claim the guarantee?
Contact the order desk first, then post the bottles to 125 Park Avenue, Suite 1700, New York, NY 10117 with your name, email and order ID. Sixty days from purchase, after thirty days of use. The full process is here.
